10 Hottest Gay Dance Tracks 2013

When it comes to the best gay club remixes and dance tracks I know what's hot in music today. I am connected to the best DJs and music insiders where I am privy to both knowledge and fresh music before it drops for everyone else. It is a gift, for reals. If it's happening in gay dance music, I already know. I simply had to comment on the hottest tracks for the gay clubs and beach blanket Bingo this summer and 2013 in general. I'm obsessed with some of the following tracks. I want to make you just as weak for this music. Plug in your player and let's listen in.

First up we have "Work" by Iggy Azalea. The video is scorching fierce and the song has lyrics that set me free. WORSHIP this sassy song from the ghetto-fabulous Aussie songbird. The Saturdays nailed #1 in the U.K. with this wonderful piece of ear caviar, "What About Us." It's an all time fave of the Fab 5. New Kids on the Block are back with this rockabilly toe-tapper I really, really love. It's hard to distinguish their voices since they have way since hit puberty. It's a true keeper!

Next, Girls Aloud bring their fierce flavor and flair to "On the Metro"which infuses catchy hooks and lyrics familiar to pure G.A. fans around the world. Alexis Jordan delivers happiness in new track "Acid Rain" and offers guest rappers and the pop candy that Alexis has brought in the past. Aluna George croons the mid-tempo stunner "Attracting Flies" and we rejoice.

The erratic excitement of Aleala Banks is not for everyone but in small doses it's just the right amount of sound medicine for the soul. Fergie offers her vocal explosion to The Great Gatsby soundtrack in "A Little Party Never Killed Nobody"and the conversation that leads into "I Could Be the One" by Avicil vs. Nicky Romero is priceless. The song is hot and you need to hear it!

Finally, Will. i. Am and Britney bring the noise in "Scram and Shout" with his mad beats and crazy hooks plus her robotic proper British accent. FIERCE. It makes me want scream an shout, for reals. ENJOY!

Iggy Azalea Delivers Explicit Attitude in "WORK"

Australian rapper and Wilhelmina model Iggy Azalea works me into one sassy frenzy with this attitude confessional titled "Work." It is my most recent obsession, for reals tho. She raps, "...Valley Girls giving b!*w j*bs for Louboutins. Whatcha call that? Head over Heels." Beyond fierce and way fabulous. All of queer culture squeals in sheer delight! There's another incredible line about doing it every night like it's her last. Thanks to DJ Bifford Michael for the tune and his girl Kayla Koi for the true Tea from the dance floors of Miami. She says this is the one. I WORSHIP.

If you like ghetto fabulous with smack your face realness then Iggy Azalea is your new queen of fierce. Kayla, too! WORK.

The Saturdays Reach Number One - FINALLY!

My girls The Saturdays just finally reached #1 on the music charts in the UK. It's been a very long time coming with their reach peaking at #2 with only a few of their hits. Their smash "What About Us" which has become one of my all time favorites by our UK Darlings is the chart-topper I mention with such glee. CONGRATS, LADIES! We can't wait to hear the new album! Chasing The Saturdays - Invading America!

HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!

Yes, I'm saying that in February but more importantly... it's already February?! I've been very involved getting ready for a pageant called Mr. All American Gent 2013 so my blogs have unfortunately taken the brunt of needing attention most. My most sincerest apologies. I know you've been seeing my girls The Saturdays on the new reality show Chasing The Saturdays on the E! network serving UK girl-group goddess realness around L.A., shopping, filming their first video her in America and promoting their fierce new smash "What About Us." Check them out here strolling the Stars, trying on fun fashion and dancing under a scoreboard on a football field tossing hair and being our blessed The Saturdays.

Playing Girls Aloud Very Loudly - Something New!

I'm worshipping the brand new tracks coming to us from UK power pop girl-group Girls Aloud, "Something New" and "Beautiful Cause You Love Me." I'm obsessed, in fact. Cheryl, Nadine, Nicola, Kimberly and Sarah are turning these tracks out and there are hints of a new album possibly coming. I'm hoping to hear "Something New" very soon over some really loud speakers on a nearby dance floor. They do sound pretty fierce coming through Stella Stang's speakers. The bass is truly pumping and it makes me want to walk a runway in heels. A very long runway in very high heels, and panties. Oh, call me Victoria and know I have a secret. It sets me free while the brilliant lyrics and delicious vocal of "Beautiful..." drives through the true meaning of a power ballad.

Here are the videos... Oh, swoon!

Newest Rave Toys - Glow Sticks on Steroids

ULTIMATE RAVE TOYS

THIS IS THE BOMB, BABY!

I recently attended a circuit party in Los Angeles that had me out way past my bedtime. The rave toys and glow-in-the-dark accessories were flashing and illuminating happy faces and wide eyes. These two cute Asian twinks were twirling around me buzzing on something. I had to ask where they got their glow wands. They were very fierce. They mumbled something about me being a hot daddy and they wanted my Disco Stick before scurrying off to meet their friends. I figured I could find them on Amazon. The toys not the twinks. Voila! Here they are. I ordered one of each! Just to have for a night by the pool dancing to the latest Cheryl Cole "Screw You." Worship her! Want a few more ideas for your next rave or circuit party? Album Review - "Elysium" by Pet Shop Boys

Here's a review of the brand new album from famed duo Pet Shop Boys titled Elysium before its public release! Overall I loved it but knew I would when I got the call that it was being sent to me prior to its main drop. How could they go wrong. It's the PSB! Their fashions at the Olympics were fierce! They always impress me and my ears! Read my thoughts here and after you purchase it compare your review. Enjoy...

"Leaving" - One of the better tracks on Elysium. Or should I say one of my favorite spins on the new album. Mid-tempo and familiar. This is PSB at their best. Reminiscent of the incredible "Being Boring" from the mid90s. I really love this one! Groovy and smooth. It's a keeper!

"Invisible" - The first single that was released from the album. Remixes followed and I love them ALL. Especially this version. Gives me an Art of Noise feeling from their stunning "Moments in Love" smash. Makes me feel gorgeous when I hear it. Perfect for evening gown modeling music.

"Winner" - Perhaps my favorite track considering its competitive theme. Since I'm going through my paces towards becoming the first Mr. All American Gent 2013, the song tells my story. It could be my crowning music. We'll see. There's so many ballads I'd love to do. These words ring true to me today. LOVE THIS! Every lyric seems to be written for me with its sweeping hills of melody and the wave of chorus pounding the end. Simply fierce! Can't find something to compare this that PSB have already produced. One of a kind.

"Your Early Stuff" - Nice back-beat synths playing throughout this delicious groove. Neil Tennant's voice is so iconic that anything he does seems perfect and untouchable. Doesn't blow me away but I do enjoy it.

"Face Like That" - Up! Dance-inducing power and beats that bring out the Atlanta dance hall days from my memory archives - I'm digging this one. With a moment of Micro Chip League's "New York, New York"underneath it feels like a rocking anthem I've danced to many a night at The Armory circa 1988. This is Pet Shop Boys doing their thing and it's so good.

"Breathing Space" - Very nice. Love the lyrics and overall it's very well done. Didn't grab me and strum on my emotions terribly. Perhaps on a second listen.

"Ego" - Grab your go-go boots and jump in a gold cage. It has quite the swinger feeling to it. Lot's of spelling and a fierce rap from Mr. Tennant talking about magic happening in the penthouse later. Been there. Done that... Very kicky. And so fun. Keep this one!

"Hold On" - Choral Electronica. Is that a style of music? Another nice one. Didn't knock me out.

"Give it a Go" - Sweet and simple. Has a vintage feel to it almost seemingly out of the sixties.

"Memory of the Future" - Love the title. Enjoyed this one. Solid.

"Everything Means Something" - Unfortunately tracks later on the album often get lost in the mix. Either they don't stand out by not being placed first or they just float by. I like this one but it just floats by. I enjoy the chorus and driving drums. It actually grows on me as the song progresses.

"Requiem in Denim and Leopardskin" - OK, for the title! I can see this being played at a supper club. It's got that feeling to it. Nice swing and kick. Mid-tempo loveliness.

CLASSIC PET SHOP BOYS!
